UnBG is a free, browser-based tool that removes the background from a video you supply. Processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive or store your videos.
2. Acceptable use
- You must own the rights to any video you process, or have permission to process it.
- Don't use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates anyone's privacy.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape it abusively, or circumvent rate limits.
3. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the videos you process. We claim no ownership over your input or output. The UnBG name, site design, and code are our property and are licensed only as needed to use the Service.
4. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising (including Google AdSense). Your interactions with ads are governed by the advertiser's and Google's terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Background-removal quality depends on your device, browser, and source footage. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnBG and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for violations of these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
